On Saturday, October 9, 2021, during the Hispanic Heritage Cultural Week in Cartagena, Ricardo Fernández traveled to this wonderful city to deliver the official presentation of the Museo de la Carrera de Indias (MUCAIN).
The event took place in the Isaac Peral Hall at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (Faculty of Business Sciences – Higher Technical School of Architecture and Building Engineering), where a series of lectures were organized, delivered by renowned speakers, highlighting and emphasizing the significance of the term Hispanidad.
For now, the museum can be visited virtually, but who knows—perhaps in the not-so-distant future, we may be able to step into and enjoy it physically.
Here is the video that was streamed live on YouTube. Although the audio quality was not optimal due to technical issues, you can still fully appreciate this remarkable presentation.
