Born in Santander, I was born on July 23, 1958.

I studied in Madrid, the city where I live.

I enrolled in the Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes de San Fernando, now the Faculty of Fine Arts of Madrid, graduating in Engraving.

During my studies, I illustrated textbooks and children’s and youth literature. I also exhibited my watercolors and engravings in several solo and group exhibitions.

Over time, I focused on advertising, balancing the world of advertising illustration and “storyboarding” for television with my passion for Naval History and marine painting.

In 2009, I stepped into the literary field for the first time.
