Sonia Juárez has over 35 years of experience in executive roles across a wide range of sectors: Healthcare, Logistics, Retail, Food, Industry, Energy, Finance, and Education.She has also founded several companies: Laboratorios Rodio, eSaludPlus, Rodio Consulting, España Select, and participates as an investor in various startups of WA4STEAM. In 2015, she founded ESADIA, a Business School in Angola, with various business projects in Healthcare, Education, Tourism, and Energy. Additionally, she currently leads the pharmaceutical company Laboratorios Rodio.Her great passion is teaching, which is why she collaborates with the Complutense University of Madrid and has taught at a dozen business schools for over 25 years. Sonia was also awarded the Madrid Entrepreneurial Woman Award in 2010.As part of WA4STEAM, Sonia invests in startups founded or co-founded by women, focusing on the STEAM sector, i.e., projects applying technology to create social impact (AI applied to education/management, Biotech, etc.). Her investments include Miwendo and Rokafuradada, in addition to being the founders of Laboratorios Rodio.
