Technical Paper Engineer
Technical paper engineer and expert in traditional paper making, especially in the paper mills of the Basque Country and Navarre.A keen collector of paper, he has a large register of filigree paper, classified, identified, numbered, documented and photographically reproduced, all of which is archived for study and conservation in a large collection of more than 4,000 pieces.

He is the director and collaborator of the journal Filigranes (Journal of the Centro de Estudios del Museo Valenciano del Papel), a regular participant in the congresses of the Asociación Hispánica de Historiadores del Papel (AHHP). In 2015 he began an interesting collaboration with the Museo de la Cada de la Moneda de la Fábrica de Moneda y Timbre (FNMT) in which they published the work ‘Filigranas: Las huellas del agua’, a travelling exhibition on watermarks and their great importance in the FNMT as an element of paper security for official documents and currency.
